Blocking lets you stop future interaction from a sender or visitor without needing Vibebo to reveal who that person is. You can review the people you have blocked and remove a block when you decide it is no longer needed.
Review blocked senders
- Sign in to Vibebo and open Settings.
- Open the Safety section.
- Choose Blocked users.
- Review the blocked entries shown for your account or relevant Vibebo space.
- Choose the unblock option for the entry you want to allow again.
- Confirm the change if Vibebo asks you to.
What happens when you unblock someone
Unblocking removes the block you previously placed on that sender or visitor. Future interaction may be allowed again, subject to the other safety settings and moderation controls that apply to your profile or Channel.
Unblocking does not reveal their identity. Vibebo can apply and remove anonymous safety blocks without turning the person behind the block into an identity clue.
Blocking and reporting are different
Blocking is a control for your own space. Reporting asks Vibebo to review content or activity under its safety rules. Depending on what happened, you may choose to block, report, or use both controls.
If you do not recognise an entry
Anonymous safety controls are designed so that you do not need to know the person’s real identity. Manage the block based on whether you want future interaction from that entry, not on trying to work out who the person is.
