If someone has not joined your Vibebo Channel after you invited them, you can resend a pending invitation. You can also revoke an invitation when you no longer want it to be used.
Resend a pending invitation
- Open Inbox+ and select the Channel.
- Open the Channel settings.
- Choose Members or Invitations, depending on the controls shown.
- Find the pending invitation.
- Choose Resend.
Resending sends the invitation again so the person has another chance to open it and complete access.
Revoke a pending invitation
Open the Channel settings and return to the member or invitation controls.
Find the invitation you no longer want to keep active.
Choose Revoke and confirm if asked.
After an invitation is revoked, it should no longer be used to join that Channel. If you later want the person to have access, send a new invitation using the Channel’s current invitation controls.
If the person has already joined
Revoking an invitation is for an invitation that is still pending. If the person is already a Channel member, use the member-management controls to remove them instead.
Keep invitations intentional
Only invite people who should be able to review or help manage the Channel. For private Channels in particular, keep invitation access limited to the people who genuinely need it and revoke invitations that are no longer required.
