If a published reply on Pulse appears to break Vibebo’s rules or gives you another reason to flag it for review, use the report control attached to the content. Reporting sends the selected item and the reason you choose into Vibebo’s reporting process.
Report a Pulse reply
- Open the Pulse reply you want to report.
- Open the available actions for that reply.
- Choose Report.
- Select the reason that best describes the issue.
- Submit the report using the confirmation shown by Vibebo.
Choose the most relevant reason
Use the reason that most closely matches what you are reporting. Clear reporting helps Vibebo review the right content and context. Do not use reporting simply because you disagree with an opinion.
Reporting is different from other controls
Reporting asks Vibebo to review content. Following or unfollowing changes whose content you choose to follow, and deleting is the appropriate control when the published reply is your own and you want to remove it.
What happens after you report
Your report is sent into Vibebo’s moderation and safety process for review. The action taken can vary depending on the content, context and reporting reason, so a report may not remove the item immediately.
For immediate personal control
If the issue involves an anonymous message sent directly to you, Inbox+ also provides message-level controls such as reporting and blocking. Those controls are separate from reporting a public Pulse reply.
