A private Vibebo Channel can restrict who reaches its submission page. If you want someone to send anonymous feedback without making them a Channel reviewer, use the Channel’s sender-invitation access rather than adding that person as a member.
Invite an anonymous sender
- Open Inbox+ and select the private Channel you want to use.
- Open the Channel settings or access controls.
- Choose the sender-invitation option.
- Provide the access details Vibebo asks for and create the invitation.
- Share the private invitation with the intended sender using the access route Vibebo provides.
A sender invitation is different from a member invitation
A sender invitation gives someone a controlled way to reach the private Channel and submit feedback. A member invitation is for someone who needs access to work with the Channel. Member access can include different roles and permissions.
The message is still anonymous to Channel reviewers
The invitation controls entry to the private Channel. It does not turn the resulting anonymous submission into a named message for the people reviewing the Channel. A sender can still choose to include identifying information in the message itself.
Manage sender and member access separately
Use the Channel access controls when you need to manage sender access. Use the Channel member controls for people who review or manage the Channel. Keeping those two access types separate helps you give each person only the access they need.
