Deleting your account is a permanent action. It may remove access to your profile, messages, channels and settings. Some information may still be retained where the law, fraud prevention, security or a valid dispute requires it.
Before deleting
Cancel any active subscription through the platform that billed you
Save information you want to keep
Resolve any open payment or support issue
Check whether shared channels need another administrator
Delete the account
Open Vibebo and sign in
Open account settings
Select Delete account
Read the consequences and confirm
Complete any identity or password check
If the deletion option is not available, contact Vibebo support from the email address connected to the account. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete the account or cancel a store subscription.
