How to Read the Link Outcome Funnel in Audience Signals

Modified on: Sat, 11 Jul, 2026 at 12:00 PM

Audience Signals can include a link outcome funnel that helps you understand what happens after people reach a Vibebo link. It is designed to show the movement from attention toward a meaningful outcome without turning individual visitors into a traceable journey.

What the funnel shows

The funnel groups eligible activity into stages so you can see where people continue and where activity drops away. The stages shown can vary depending on the profile or Channel and the data available for that view.

How to use it

Read the funnel from the broadest stage toward the final outcome. A large difference between stages can show where interest is not turning into the next action. Use that pattern as a prompt to review things you control, such as your current prompt, where you share the link or whether the destination is clear.

Do not read it as an individual journey

Audience Signals is aggregate analytics. The funnel is not intended to tell you that a particular visitor opened your page and then sent a particular message. Vibebo may group, limit or suppress results when showing a smaller result could weaken anonymity.

If the funnel is empty or limited

There may not be enough eligible activity yet, the current context may not have relevant data, or the widget may be limited for the selected plan or view. Use the explanation shown with the widget for the exact state. A privacy-suppressed result will stay protected regardless of plan.
