If an anonymous Vibebo message will not submit, first check the message page itself before assuming the recipient has done anything wrong. A public or private message destination can be unavailable, paused or restricted, and a submission can also fail because the form cannot complete normally.
Check the message page
- Make sure you are using the intended Vibebo link or private Channel invitation.
- Confirm that the message input is available and that the page is not showing a paused or access-required state.
- Review the message for anything the form asks you to change.
- Submit again after correcting any visible issue.
If the link is paused
A paused personal link or Channel does not show the normal message form. You will need to wait until the owner makes the destination available again or use another active Vibebo destination they have shared.
If you are using a private Channel
Private Channels can require a valid invitation or other controlled access. Use the most recent invitation or access route you were given. If it is no longer valid, contact the Channel owner or manager for a fresh invitation where appropriate.
If the page shows an error
Use the status or error information shown on the message page as your first guide. If the page continues to fail after you retry, open the link again and try the submission from a normal supported browser or device.
A failed send does not identify you to the recipient
A failed submission does not turn an anonymous message into a named one. The recipient will not see your identity simply because the message could not be sent.
