Stackweaver Limited acts as the retailer for Vibebo Gifts in the United Kingdom. Approved suppliers can hold stock, pack products and dispatch orders, but customer support and the retail relationship remain with Vibebo.
Contact Vibebo rather than the supplier unless Vibebo tells you otherwise. Keep the order number or gift reference available, and take clear photographs where practical if the parcel or product arrives damaged.
Any monetary refund will normally go back to the purchaser using the original payment method. A recipient can still contact Vibebo about delivery, damage, faults or returns, but a returned gift is not converted into cash for the recipient.
