You share a Vibebo destination and another person can submit a message without their identity being shown to you simply because they sent it. You receive the response inside Vibebo and can use the available controls to review or manage it.
Not always. Some Vibebo sharing routes allow a person to respond without creating an account. The exact experience depends on the link, Channel and settings being used.
Vibebo does not reveal a sender identity to the recipient simply because an anonymous message was submitted. Anonymous does not mean untraceable to Vibebo, and relevant technical records may be processed where needed for safety, fraud prevention, support or lawful disclosure.
An anonymous submission does not automatically create a private conversation with the sender. Depending on the feature you are using, you may be able to publish, share or respond to the message through the controls Vibebo provides without learning who sent it.
You can control how and where you share your Vibebo links and use the privacy, blocking and feature controls available to your account. Some Channels and profile features also have their own access or visibility settings.
Check that you are sharing the correct active link, that the relevant feature or Channel is still available and that your settings are not preventing submissions. You can also test the link in a private browser session before contacting Support.
