Vibebo’s subscription controls include a billing-cycle option for supported subscriptions. Use it when you want to review or change the billing interval available for your current plan.
Change your billing cycle
- Open Vibebo and go to Subscriptions.
- Review your current plan and open its management options.
- Choose the billing-cycle or interval control when it is available.
- Review the interval choices and any price or renewal information shown on the screen.
- Choose the option you want and confirm the change through the subscription flow.
A billing-cycle change is different from changing plans
Changing your billing cycle changes how often your existing plan is billed. Upgrading or downgrading changes the plan itself, so these are separate subscription actions.
Use the timing shown in Vibebo
Review the effective date, renewal timing and any price information shown before you confirm the change, as the timing can depend on your current subscription.
If the option is not available
If a billing-cycle change is not available for the selected subscription, use the plan-management or billing-support options shown for your account.
