What Is the Difference Between Stage and Inbox+

Modified on: Sat, 1 Aug, 2026 at 12:00 PM

Stage and Inbox+ are two different parts of the signed-in Vibebo experience. Stage is where you manage and share your message destination. Inbox+ is where you work with the messages and shared Channel feedback that comes back.

Use Stage when you want to share

Stage is your starting point for your personal Vibebo link. It brings together your profile link, prompt and sharing options such as copying the link or using a QR code. It is the place to return to when you want to invite more people to send feedback.

Use Inbox+ when feedback arrives

Inbox+ is the private workspace for reviewing your personal messages and the Channels you can access. Select a message or Channel there to read feedback, use the available moderation controls and decide whether a message should stay private or become the basis of a public response.

Where Channels fit

Channels are worked with inside Inbox+. A Channel gives authorised members a shared feedback space, while Stage remains centred on your own message destination and sharing activity.

Audience Signals and AI Studio are separate

Audience Signals is the aggregate analytics workspace for understanding activity around a personal profile or Channel. AI Studio is the creator workspace for selecting feedback and developing an editable draft. Neither replaces Stage or Inbox+.

A simple way to remember it

Stage is for putting your invitation out. Inbox+ is for handling what comes back. Pulse is separate again: it is the public area where selected responses can be published and discussed.
