What AI Press is
Press is the written-content pipeline in Vibebo AI. Start with a useful message or select several related messages from your personal inbox or a Channel. When the feedback points to a recurring idea, AI can group those messages into a theme before you develop the theme into a draft.
Treat generated content as a draft
AI-generated writing should be reviewed before you use or publish it. Check the facts, tone, names and context, and change anything that does not accurately reflect what you want to say.
Use Press from AI Studio
Open AI Studio, choose the personal profile or Channel you want to work from, then select the messages that contain the idea you want to develop. You can ask AI to identify a shared theme, choose the Press or article-style output, add your preferred audience, tone and angle, then continue editing the draft in Studio.
You stay in control of publishing
AI Press prepares a draft for you to review. Publishing to Pulse, sharing the result or using it elsewhere remains a separate action that you choose.
Use AI without weakening anonymity
Do not use AI drafting as a way to guess who sent anonymous feedback or infer private characteristics about them. Work from the message and the context you actually have.
When AI Press is useful
Press is useful when the feedback in your inbox points to something that deserves a fuller written response. That might be a question you keep receiving, a recurring customer concern, an idea raised by several team members, a topic your followers want explained or a theme that would be more useful as an article than as a short Pulse response.
Before you create a draft
Choose the feedback carefully. One strong message may be enough when it contains a clear question. If the subject appears across several messages, select the related feedback and let AI Studio help group it into a theme first. A clearer starting idea normally produces a more useful draft than sending unrelated messages into the same piece of content.
Create a written draft with Press
1. Open Vibebo AI Studio.
2. Choose the personal profile or Channel that contains the feedback you want to use.
3. Select one message or several related messages.
4. If needed, ask AI to identify the shared theme or idea.
5. Choose the Press or written-content output.
6. Tell the AI who the piece is for and what you want the reader to understand.
7. Add any direction on tone, angle, length or points that should be covered.
8. Generate the draft and continue editing it in AI Studio.
How to improve the first draft
Read the draft as an editor rather than treating it as finished copy. Strengthen the introduction so the reader understands why the subject matters. Check whether the sections follow a logical order. Add examples, evidence, product details or personal experience that the AI could not know on its own. Remove repetition and rewrite generic phrases in your own voice.
If the original feedback raises several different issues, consider separating them instead of forcing them into one article. A focused post that answers one useful question is usually clearer than a draft trying to cover every message at once.
Protect the people behind the feedback
A message can be anonymous and still contain details that identify the person who wrote it. Before publishing anything based on feedback, remove names, locations, job titles, private situations or other details that are not necessary to make the point. The useful part may be the issue being raised, not the personal story around it.
Press does not publish for you. It helps you move from feedback to a structured written draft. You decide what should be kept, what needs checking, what should be rewritten and where the finished piece should appear.
