Private Vibebo Channels are for shared feedback that should not be openly browsable. They let a Channel owner control how people reach the Channel while still giving selected members a shared place to review anonymous submissions.
Private and public Channels are different
A public Channel can use a public Channel link. A private Channel uses controlled sharing and invitation access instead. Do not treat a private Channel link as a public discovery page.
How people can access a private Channel
The Channel owner or an authorised manager can share the private access option or invite someone directly. Depending on how access was given, the person follows the invitation or private sharing flow shown by Vibebo before reaching the message page.
Managing invitations
From the Channel member and access controls, authorised people can invite senders or members, resend a pending invitation, revoke an invitation that should no longer be used, remove members and manage member roles.
Private access does not reveal anonymous senders
Making a Channel private controls who can reach or work with the Channel. It does not turn anonymous submissions into identified messages. Channel members review the submission inside the shared inbox without receiving a hidden identity clue about the anonymous sender.
Review access when circumstances change
If somebody no longer needs access, remove them or revoke a pending invitation. If you are sharing a private Channel for a limited project, event or team activity, review the member and invitation list when that activity ends.
