A private Vibebo Channel is not intended to be openly browsable. If a Channel owner or authorised manager invites you, use the access option they sent you rather than looking for the Channel through a public page.
Open the invitation
- Open the Channel invitation or private access link you received.
- Follow the access screen shown by Vibebo.
- If Vibebo asks you to sign in, use the email address connected with the invitation.
- Continue into the Channel experience that the invitation gives you access to.
Your access depends on the invitation
A private Channel can invite people for different purposes. Some invitations may allow someone to submit feedback, while a member invitation can provide access to work with the Channel according to the role the owner assigned. Use the options Vibebo shows for your invitation.
If the invitation does not work
Check that you are using the intended email account and the most recent invitation you received. If access has been revoked or the invitation is no longer available, ask the Channel owner or manager to send a new invitation if appropriate.
Private access is not sender identification
Being invited to a private Channel controls access to that Channel. Anonymous submissions remain anonymous to the people reviewing them unless a sender deliberately includes identifying information in their own message.
Keep invitations private
Do not repost a private Channel invitation publicly. If somebody else needs access, ask the Channel owner or an authorised manager to invite them through Vibebo.
