Inbox+ can contain your personal messages and the Channels you are allowed to access. When you work with several Channels, use the Channel list to find the workspace you want instead of treating every message as part of one inbox.
Find a Channel
- Open Inbox+.
- Open the Channel list if it is not already visible.
- Use the available search or list controls to find the Channel you want.
- Select the Channel to open its message workspace.
Switch to another Channel
Return to the Channel list and choose a different Channel. The selected workspace changes to that Channel’s messages and controls; it does not merge the two Channels together.
Personal messages and Channel messages are separate contexts
Your personal inbox and each Channel are different message destinations. Choose the correct context before reviewing, moderating or publishing from a message so you know which profile or Channel the feedback belongs to.
If no Channel is selected
Inbox+ may show an empty-selection prompt until you choose a personal or Channel context. Select the workspace you want to continue.
