Purchases through Apple
Apple normally reviews refund requests for App Store purchases. Use the official Apple purchase support process and select the Vibebo transaction.
Purchases through Google Play
Google normally reviews eligible refund requests for Google Play purchases. Use the order shown in your Google Play purchase history.
Purchases made directly through Vibebo
Contact Vibebo support with the order number, purchase date and reason for the request. Vibebo will review the request under the terms shown at purchase and any legal consumer rights that apply.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund an earlier payment.
