Open the message in your Vibebo inbox
Open the message options
Select Block visitor or the equivalent control
Confirm the action
Because the sender is anonymous, the block is usually applied to the available visitor or device signal rather than a named account. It can reduce repeat contact, but it may not stop someone who changes device, browser or network.

Change the prompt or close a public campaign
Add custom forbidden words
Report the message for review
Create a private channel with controlled access
Do not use a block as the only response to a credible threat. Preserve the message and contact the appropriate local service where immediate safety is involved.
